If you are not satisfied with your order or change your mind for any reason, you may return your unopened, sealed parcel for a full refund less a 50% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless it is determined that the wrong product was sent. Determination if packages being sealed and unopened is at the discretion of Colorado Gold Ore.  Shipping costs are NOT refundable. All returns must be pre-approved and made within 10 days of the original shipping date. Original packaging must be retained and will be requested. Please contact us for return authorization and correct return mailing address. All shipping comes with a minimum of $50 of insurance from USPS. Buyers are to contact USPS to file a claim on packaging or product damaged during shipment.
